From Marrakech: Goats on the tree trip Get to see the famous goats on the tree from Marrakech, where goats climb the argan tree searching for the fresh nuts and fresh leaves.
Goats in Morocco only climb one particular type of tree, the Argan tree, that can be found only in the middle of Morocco around the atlas mountains. The fruit’s pulp is what attracts the goats to the argan trees, while the goats will happily keep all hooves firmly on the ground and graze on low-hanging fruit, once they have gobbled the easy-to-reach produce they will scramble up into the tree in search of more. |
Itinerary
➊ Pick up from the reception of your hotel / riad in Marrakech around 6 o'clock in the morning.
➋ A gentle drive of 2 hours and 30 minutes toward the city of Agadir.
➌ Arriving to the goats and the argan trees area.
➍ Enjoy your free time with the goats, and take as much photos as needed with the goats and the baby goats.
➎ After the free time, we will drive you back to the hotel / riad in Marrakech, return back to the accommodation is scheduled around 2 o'clock in the afternoon.
