From Taghazout: Small desert trip
Start your excursion with pick up from your hotel around 8:00 AM by a 4 by 4 vehicle, followed by a stop at the fisherman village on the wild beach of Sidi R'bat, where you can pop in to see the fishermen's caves and perhaps find some shells at the isolated beach. Then, drive into a Rally way on sand dunes and sandy terrain, along the Atlantic ocean. Have a quick stop at Massa river where you will spot some migrating birds, before driving towards the walled city of Tiznit, where you will see the walls and the ramparts of the old city.
We will have a small break in Tiznit for rest and to learn a little about the city, feel free to go for a walk in the old Medina, and browse the handmade Berber silver jewelry.
Once we are done with the visit of Tiznit, we will drive towards the atlas mountains, and have stop at the locals houses for a delicious lunch of two meals (Tajine and Couscous), accompanied by a dessert of local seasonal fruits and mint tea. Vegetarian meals can be requested as well.
After lunch, enjoy some free time to take photos and explore the sand dunes. Whilst here, you will have the option to take a quick camel ride tour for an additional cost if needed.
After the small Sahara stop, travel to the reservoir of Youssef Ben Tachfine (waterdam), while taking sights of the everyday Moroccan country lifestyle, for a panoramic view from the top of the hill, before making your way back to your hotel.

➊ Pick up from your hotel or hostel in Taghazout around 8 o'clock in the morning.
➋ First stop of the day at the pottery house to see one of the oldest decorative arts, consisting of objects made of clay and hardened with heat.
➌ After a 20 minutes of off-road Rally along the atlantic ocean, we will make another stop to see the caved fishermen houses.
➍ Another quick stop at the Souss Massa river to spot the migrating birds (possibility of spotting flamingos at the river).
➎ A quick visit to the old walled berber city of Tiznit.
➏ Lunch stop (Tajine + Couscous) at the locals' house between the atlas mountains in Rsmouka.
